Riffat H. Qadir MD, FACS, FAAOA
Modern medicine and surgery have a lot to offer, but the human element in the doctor-patient relationship remains at the heart of healing. I approach each patient as a unique and whole individual, not an isolated diseased organ. Healing is an active process for the patient; my role is to guide and facilitate. I believe the physical and psychological state of the patient must be taken into consideration to optimize healing and recovery from illness.
Our daily stress level, diet, amount of rest and exercise, as well as social and family support systems are all important determinants of health. I incorporate nutrition, diet, exercise and stress management in therapeutic as well as preventive protocols. These lifestyle factors must be optimized to maximize recovery and well-being.
As a patient, you become an active partner. This allows you to really be in charge of improving your own health and changing the outcome of disease.

Phlebotomist
Andrea Mellick
Andrea is both a certified phlebotomist and paramedical examiner. She specializes in venipuncture and administers all of our IV Nutrient and Ozone therapies, as well as our LDA and LDI therapies.
Health Coach
Andrea Jones (AJ)
AJ is a Certified Nutritional Therapies, Herbalist, Holistic Integrative Health Coach and mindfulness and success mentor. She believes that everyone was born to truly step into their power and purpose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. With real awareness around your whole life, my goal is to help you have the power to create the lifestyle of your dreams in a very holistic way.
Front Desk Coordinator
Jennifer Gleeson BA
Jennifer has been the front desk coordinator since 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Akron and has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She is the smiling face at the desk to greet you and get you ready for your appointment.
Registered Nurse
Faith Lanshe MSN, APRN.CNP-AC, IFMCP
Faith has been a registered nurse for over 30 years with most of her bedside experience being in pediatric and adult hematology and oncology. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron in May, 2017, and then received her pediatric nurse practitioner certification. She earned her functional medicine certification from the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2020. She joined Innovative Health and Longevity in November of 2021 where she sees adults and children. She and her husband, John, have raised 7 children and are thrilled to be filling their home with grandchildren. Her favorite vacation spot is Cozumel, Mexico but she loves Irelland, too. Faith has a passion for learning, and through this learning she was led to the functional medicine approach to wellness. She is involved in supporting the special needs population through her work as a board member and grant writer with Zane's, Inc. She is active in advocating for this vulnerable population and for medical freedom. Faith lives her life in service to God by serving others. She is honored to be a part of the Innovative Health team.
